2. Hosting and server logs
The website is operated by an external hosting provider. When you visit, technically necessary data is processed (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with the provider.
3. Partner sign-up and configurator requests
When you sign up as a partner or send a request via the configurator, we store your details (e.g. company, name, email, phone and request details) to contact you and prepare the partnership. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
The data is stored in a protected database that only we can access. We delete it once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
4. AI start plan
For the start plan generator, your answers (experience, business type, goals and optional free text) are sent to an AI service that creates the plan. Please do not enter names or contact details there. We do not store these inputs in our database. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, as you actively request the feature.
Your plan is only stored locally in your browser and can be deleted at any time via “Start again”.
5. Local browser storage
We store your design choice, light/dark mode and your start plan in your browser's local storage. This data does not leave your device. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
6. Fonts
To display text consistently we load fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited). Your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in consistent presentation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time. Just send us an email.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen.
